LionHeart Review of the Year 2024
As 2024 draws to an end, we’ve been reflecting on the year that LionHeart turned 125 years old, as well as the work we’ve done to support surveyors and their families over the past 12 months.
We’re very proud to have marked this milestone anniversary, with your support.
In headline figures, in 2024 LionHeart has:
- Helped more than 750 people
- With calls to the helpline coming in from 31 different countries
- Paid more than £460,000 in grants to get people through tough times, including job loss, ill health and following bereavement
- Delivered more than 1,400 hours of counselling
- Helped surveyors at the very start of their journeys through to retired members and their dependants
