LionHeart trustee and mental health ambassador Caroline Legg has featured in this awareness raising video for RICS, highlighting her story of depression and motherhood.
Caroline has previously shared her story as a LionHeart ambassador and at our John O'Halloran Symposium in 2018. She believes speaking out about mental health problems - and recovery - is a really important way of encouraging other professionals to reach out for help.
The latest video is part of a campaign by the RICS in the run-up to World Mental Health Day on October 10th to raise awareness of mental ill health and remind their professionals that they have support through LionHeart if they are affected by these issues.
